What We Believe

We believe that the Church is the mystical Body of Christ, all sharing in the regenerating power of the Holy Spirit by Whom we are "born again" or "born from above". Therefore our emphasis is upon pleasing God as we learn to "grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ." We readily acknowlege the authority of the Bible in all matters pertaining to our common faith. Since scripture is made alive by the Spirit we expect our subjection to it will "transform our minds" bringing us into conformity with Jesus Christ. To this end we encourage one another and pray for each other.
